WOD:  For total time:
6 rounds for time of:
6 Thrusters (95/65)
6 Burpees
Rest 2 mins.
5 rounds for time of:
5 Thrusters (95/65)
5 Burpees
Rest 2 mins.
4 rounds for time of:
4 Thrusters (95/65)
4 Burpees
Like all good CF WODs, this one is harder than it looks.  Each of the 77  Thrusters is an opportunity to practice efficiency in the proper rack position during the Front Squat portion of the lift.  The rep scheme and built-in rest will make this a tolerable sprint that will especially tax the shoulders with poor form.
